ONLINE ENTRY

Entries close at Midnight the Monday before the rodeo. Deadline to become a member is the Friday before you want to enter.
CHECK YOUR ONLINE RECEIPT. If you do not have events listed YOU ARE NOT ENTERED.
You can enter any rodeo or all rodeo's that are currently open. One rodeo at a time and each day/go is a separate rodeo.
Once you enter a rodeo/event you cannot change or delete the entry online.
You can add an event anytime prior to the close of entries for that rodeo.
YOU PAY YOUR FEES AT THE RODEO
MAKE SURE YOU REQUEST A RECEIPT!

CHANGES AND/OR DRAWOUTS REQUIRE THAT YOU CALL SHELLY @ 308-430-3440 TUESDAY MORNING FROM 6AM-7AM.
IF YOU DO NOT CALL HER during that time frame, you will be responsible for all fees associated with the online entry you made.

VET RELEASE-Defined as providing to the local secretary (prior to start of rodeo) a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian releasing contestants horse from competing in any or all events entered for a particular rodeo. Contestant will still be responsible for STOCK CHARGES, and ADMINISTRATIVE FEES for each event originally entered in. FULL FEES are due if release is not provided prior to start of rodeo.
DR./MEDICAL RELEASE-Defined as providing the local secretary (prior to start of rodeo) a signed statement, from a licensed Doctor or medical care provider, releasing contestant from competing in any or all events entered for a particular rodeo. Contestant will be responsible for STOCK CHARGES, and ADMINISTRATIVE FEES for each event originally entered in. FULL FEES are due if release is not provided prior to start of rodeo.

ONLY MEMEBERS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE MEMBERSHIP PROCESS MAY ENTER A RODEO.
The system will know if you are High School or Junior High and will automatically take you to the appropriate list of divisional rodeos.
YOU CANNOT ENTER the TEAM ROPING/RIBBON ROPING unless your partner is a member at the time of entry.
HIGH SCHOOL- you must individually enter each day that you want to compete. (i.e Douglas #1, Douglas #2, Jackson #1, etc.)
YOU PAY YOUR FEE'S AT THE RODEO.

All forms must be completed and uploaded to the National site, and all due must be paid and approved through the NHSRA online membership program before you can enter any rodeos.
HIgh School Membership Dues are $300 + a 19.50 credit card processing fee.
NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You cannot enter a rodeo until all the above is completed and approved.
