There is an additional form this year that will need to be filled out. You will have 2 national forms, 4 state forms, and grade transcripts that will need to be uploaded. If you are a first-year member you will need to upload a copy of your birth certificate as well. Paperwork has to be done and uploaded the Friday before the rodeo you want to enter. When you log into your portal, bottom righthand says additional forms needed. This is where the state forms are as well as a checklist.

CHANGES AND DRAW OUTS
Changes and/or drawouts can only be done by calling Shelly (308.430.3440) during call-in times (Tuesday’s 6-7 AM) to make the change or draw out. IF YOU DO NOT CALL HER during that time frame, you will be responsible for all fees associated with any online entry you made!
