The American Legion WHSRA will be having the Raffle for the 2022-2023 year.
Thanks to Chad Chapman for the beautiful rifle stock, Cole Kirchhefer for the Spring Turkey Hunt, Maven Outdoor Equipment for the custom scope and Barto Knives.
The 2023 raffle will include at Weatherby Mark V rifle in .243 Winchester caliber rifle
with MavenBuilt scope, a Weatherby Orion Sporting 20 gauge over/under shotgun, a
two person, three day Merriam Turkey Hunt from Thunderhead Outfitters, as well as
three custom Barto antler knives.
We are offering the same student incentive program as we did last year.
Packets are available with an info sheet, a large poster, a self-addressed envelope in which to return ticket stubs and money, and as many raffle tickets as you would like. You will need to sign for the tickets and provide a good contact number. In order to get credit, the ticket stubs and money must be returned to Ken before your state finals paperwork is due but no later than May 13 (Casper Rodeo). If you only sell one ticket, that stub and money must be returned. Remember, these incentives apply only to state finals entry fees.

Description: The Wyoming High School Rodeo Association is privileged to offer for auction a 2022 Commissioner’s License.
-The license will be auctioned through www.onelinehuntingauctions.com beginning February 2 and ending on March 5, 2022 at 5 pm.
-A minimum opening bid of $20,000.00 (USD) will be needed. Additional bids are to be in $500 (USD) increments. Highest bid at the end of the auction wins.
-The recipients of these licenses must designate the species and specific hunt area in which they want the license issued. The recipients of these licenses must pay the full price for the license.
-The tag is valid in any hunting area in the state with some restrictions depending on the species.
The WHSRA is a nonprofit organization whose goal is to promote sportsmanship, character, citizenship and a spirit of competition among Wyoming High School Rodeo Association participants and to promote the great sport of high school and junior high rodeo on all levels of competition. The WHSRA is instrumental in exposing the public to a positive image of Rodeo and preserving and promoting our Western heritage.
