MEMBERSHIP PROCESS
MEMBERSHIP INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NHSRA ONLINE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
NHSRA is requiring membership forms to be uploaded to the national website. National & State Dues are paid online at time of Sign-ups- ALL Paperwork must be completed and dues paid before you can enter a rodeo
To be eligible to be a member, you must be passing at least 70% of your classes on the day the school signs the eligibilty form. See the membership eligibility requirements here!
TRANSCRIPTS MUST BE UPLOADED 2 TIMES PER YEAR. IN THE FALL WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL YOU WILL SUBMIT THE PREVIOUS YEARS OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT AND THEN IN THE SPRING YOU SUBMIT THE FALL OF THE SAME SCHOOL YEARS OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
Beginning with the 2021-22 season Jr High will inclue 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades

IF YOU WERE A MEMBER LAST YEAR FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS
- Click the button below for the "NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP SITE"
- Use the “Returning NHSRA Member” button. "Watch the Renewal Process demo video if needed.
- Enter your Username and Password from last season.
- If you do not remember your username, click the Forgot Username button.
- If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password button.
- If you cannot get registered – PLEASE DO NOT USE THE "New to NHSRA"! Contact me by email at thompsons@bbc.net for help.
- If you find your name then continue with the steps below
- Write down your USERNAME found at the top of the next page
- Fill out and update all information throughout the remainder of the process. Please check spelling and correct any mistakes with your information. Make sure you check competing/non-competing
- At the end of the "next steps" section, print out your National Application AND the Minor's Release and have them Notarized (minor's release)
- After you have signed your paperwork, then scan or take a picture of all of your documents and upload them to your profile dashboard. (Including your Wyoming forms) Please make sure your scans are legible.

IF YOU ARE A NEW MEMBER FOLLOW THESE STEPS
- Click the button below for the NHSRA website.
- Choose the "NEW TO NHSRA" side and click on Wyoming High School or Wyoming Jr. High
- Go to #7 above and follow the instructions
IF YOU ARE UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE FOLLOW THE INSRUCTIONS
After beginning the application process for a member under the age of 14 a Parent Approval Required notice will appear. The system will automatically send an email to the parents. Parents will need to click on the link from the email and click “I approve this account”. A notice for each parent will be sent, however, only one parent will need to approve. After parent approval the member should be able to continue the registration process.
