The board took action to consider the following amendment to the By-Laws. If anyone has questions or concerns, please contact Scott or Dustin:
Provided further, that the Chairman may in lieu of the above notice and call for meetings, at their discretion, submit any matter properly to be passed upon, by e-mail, text, zoom call, mail or facsimile to each member of the Association Board and if the majority of the members of the Association Board shall, by e-mail, text, online meeting forum, mail or facsimile vote in favor of said proposal it shall be considered as though adopted in regular meeting.
